Legislation Introduced to Improve Water Management in the West

On Wednesday, Senator John Barrasso (R-Wyoming), Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, introduced the Western Water Infrastructure Act of 2021 (S. 2185).
