Kenney was Asset Management Manager at the California Department of Motor Vehicles from 2011 to 2013, where he was an Associate Governmental Program Analyst from 2010 to 2011 and a Staff Services Analyst from 2009 to 2010. He was a Staff Services Analyst at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation from 2008 to 2009, where he was an Office Technician in 2008.
