The Bureau of Reclamation has released the draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Upper San Joaquin River Basin Storage Investigation. The location of the proposed dam site is at Temperance Flat on the upper San Joaquin River. The dam and reservoir would be 665 feet high with a capacity of 1.44 million acre-feet.
