SACRAMENTO, CA – April 27, 2016 – The Rural County Representatives of California (RCRC) announced today the addition of two Legislative Advocates to its governmental affairs team. Mary-Ann Warmerdam has rejoined RCRC to cover agriculture, water, and other resource-related issues, and Tracy Rhine has joined the team to cover land use, health and human services, telecommunications, and overall infrastructure issues.
