Senate Bill 1317 related to groundwater extraction facilities, and Senate Bill 1396 related to the Inner Coast Range Program, both authored by Senator Lois Wolk, were pulled from the Assembly Water, Parks and Wildlife Committee at the author’s request this week, and in all likelihood will not be heard again this year.
